It has been a whirlwind couple of weeks. I have been blessed with such wonderful family! My mom was here for a week to help me with the transition...cooking, cleaning, keeping Rae and Walker busy. And this past week Auntie Jamie and Sibee were here to lend a hand. Raegan and Walker kept Sibee and Auntie on their toes. And I kept Jamie busy in the kitchen and on the sewing machine!
The highlight of the week was visiting Como Zoo.
With the grand plan of being there when the doors open at 10:00...we departed the house at 10:30 and at 11:30 we were still driving around trying to find a parking spot. Once we arrived and ate a little lunch in the picnic area, it was off to see the monkeys, giraffes, lions and tigers.
They also spent some time in Como Town Amusement Park. Raegan went on her first Roller Coaster Ride and LOVED IT! Walker liked the big swings and the fire trucks that spray water.
Beckett was a gem the whole day. He ate, slept, and ate again.
It really couldn't have been a more perfect day. And I couldn't have done it without Jamie and Sibee.
