Why didn't I think of that!

So I found a blog a couple of weeks ago with this ingenious idea. A chart that has two columns...To Do/Done. I can't tell you how many times I have asked the kids to clean up their rooms and when I go check they forgot something or a lot of somethings. And sometime this would repeat itself several times! These charts have solved the problem. They move there little picture from the "To Do" column when that particular thing is done and then they know the other things still need to be completed. They come and get me when they are all moved over to the "Done" column. The kids have actually been excited to clean their rooms! And although I know that the excitement will come to an end...I know they are COMPLETELY capable of doing it! They worked so well for the bedrooms I even put one up in the playroom!
