Walker headed back to preschool this morning. The biggest change since last year is that he is there 2 full days 9:15-2:45 (instead of 9:15-11:45). He hasn't talked nearly as much about going back to school as Raegan has been, so I was thinking he just wasn't that excited. Boy was I wrong! He had just kept it all bottled up until the night before :) He laid out two outfits on the floor (one for if it was cold and one for if it was warm), he is such a practical boy, his shoes and backpack by the door and he made sure to remind me he wanted his special breakfast for his first day too. Just my luck they both wanted the same thing! Two days of getting up REALLY early to make sure the cinnamon rolls would have enough time to rise!
His first day couldn't have gone better.
1. Drop off was a breeze.
2. He kissed and hugged everyone including Raegan.
3. He ate most of his lunch.
4. When I pick him up he told me with a head shake and an eye roll, "the day wasn't that long".
5. I thought he might pass out from lack of oxygen he was talking so much in the van on the way home.

I can't believe it! You have grown up so quickly little man! Your uncles are very proud of you and hope that you are enjoying school. It is a great time to learn lots as you will need this later on in life! As I told Raegan, keep me posted on all the things going on at school. Your uncle likes to hear about these things!
